Hot air balloons hover over the Rio Grande River surrounded by what’s known as “The Bosque” (Spanish word for forest) during the Balloon Fiesta. It’s an oasis in the desert and a beautiful sight to see. My niece, Hannah, is an hot air balloon pilot and provides me with beautiful photos to paint from.
